Everytime i am in a browser i can't seem to stop scrolling down, what i mean by that is when i press space the page goes down. I had scroll lock on and it did nothing.
Hold middle mouse down and it will lock the browser scrolling to your mouse. Of course, that may be problematic in other ways, but... *shrug*
Ah never mind, i don't remember how i did fixed it but i did.
It's a built-in feature of most browsers. You must have disabled it somehow.
i did not even know that was a feature. Neat!
