This post will no longer be updated as the mod is now in the "Releases" forum, get it up-to-date here:

Rimstation 13 is a mod i'm making after googling "Rimworld Space Station 13 mod" and after finding nothing besides a thread requesting it, I decided now was as good a time as any to make my first foray into Rimworld modding.
This mod doesn't add any new functionality, it adds variants of mostly pre-existing objects (the crematorium is functionally the same as the Core crematorium for example) for those who'd find it fun to build stuff from SS13 in Rimworld.
Currently this mod contains everything in the image.
This is:
38 kinds of floor.
Station Wall, Reinforced Station Wall, Reinforced Station Window(It allows light through)
A Steel Stool, a Steel chair and a Comfy Armchair.
1x1 and 3x1 Wooden Table.
Tube and Bulb station lights.
SMES Unit (can't remove powerbar without a custom DLL).
Crematorium.
Morgue(I modified the sprite to make it the same size as the vanilla sarcophagi),
Clown Suit/Mask (I'm aware it looks a bit naff, it's difficult to go from 32x32 to 128x128 without some issues arising.)
and numerous sound effects from SS13
kindly provided by Stinkycat752.
I have added the stuff I wanted to add but I am willing to take it further and add more stuff if there's any demand for it.
Let me know if there's anything you guys would like.
Sub TopicI did not create these sprites, they have been contributed to SS13 by various people. SS13 is freely available on Byond.

DownloadGoogle Drive (I don't have Dropbox): https://goo.gl/eWMtUq
Download is 26mb, uncompressed it comes to 78.3mb.
How to install:- Unzip the contents and place them in your RimWorld/Mods folder.
- Activate the mod in the mod menu in the game.
License:As I don't own the Art/Sound effects contained within (They're all freely available as part of the open source SS13 server package) I obviously can't stop anyone from using them so go nuts. I doubt it'd fit within a modpack but if this would work for yours please feel free, just let me know about it as I'd love to know where it was being used.
Nice!
Thanks! Let me know if any of you SS13 players out there want some specific stuff added. Later on I may add things like jobs and clothes and such, let me know what to prioritise.
Someone made a script for a tazer that stunned pawns, might be worth it to find that and use it for the taser and stun baton weapons.

Put in a bunch of SFX from the game, punching, explosions, some slashing; majority of the file's size is music though.
Think I took out Space Oddity but basically all the other sound files are still there and should be functional.
It's just here if, y'know, you want to use it for anything. Doubt it's seeing use anywhere else in Rimworld and I don't really care if someone else uses it.
I'll probably be stalking this place laters with arts. babaehaetha
P.S. You probably don't wanna make the stools rotatable so it always looks North/Right-side-up, or else you're probably gonna need more than one sprite
<rotatable>false</rotatable> might work for that
Thanks! Yeah i'll add sound effects for sure if it's not too complicated. You are right about the stool, it looks super weird the way it is. I'll just put in a horizontal and vertical variant of the sprite rather than rotating.
Sorry, I meant I already added a bunch of SFX. XD
If you wanna use it I put the link to dropbox in here, sorry if the way I wrote that was confusing.
The link was kinda hiding too so that didn't really help
What's linked below all you basically have to do is copy pasta the Defs and sound folder over and that should be it

Yeah, I got it, thanks. ^^ I'll add them next time I update it and credit you. Cheers!
Is that possible to add Space Station's wall mounted light sources?
Sure! I'm fairly certain there's properties that allow you to stick things on-top of walls, or at the very least you could just make a regular light and have it's rotatable property set to true maybe.
It is, i'm actually doing those next.
Any news on the light fixtures?
Just so everyone knows, I was distracted by work for a bit and forgot I was doing this. I'll add lights today.
Lights now included.
This is quite good actually, thanks. I always thought that ss13 tiles will look well in rimworld. And wall mounted lights is what really lacks in vanilla rimworld.
I know that mod is still unfinished, but still, stool is looking terrible. Also, light bulb is pretty angular and both light sources are with standing lamp description on it. Great work by the way, thanks again.
For Dropbox you can make an account w/ your email, verify, and then when it tells you to download the app just go back to the home page. You can manage and upload stuff from the browser page. Also you can use goo.gl to keep track of how many people download your files.

Thanks, i'm glad you like it. I'm aware that nothing has a custom description or is balanced for vanilla yet, i'm focusing on getting all the main content in first before handling stuff like that. I agree about the light bulb but as for the stool I have no idea what to do to it, it looks basically the same as in SS13.

Well, why not to remove the stool completely? Vanilla already have chairs and armchairs and ss13 one is just duplicating existing one's functionaluty. Or, I dont know how to do it exactly for rimworld, you can take original space station sprite and outline it in similar color scheme to make smoothly looking new sprite.

Actually everything in this mod duplicates existing functionality. The point is purely to add the stuff from SS13 so adding new sprites is outside of the scope of the mod and i'm not a very good artist anyway. I still don't see anything wrong with the stool, it just looks like the stool from SS13 which it's supposed to. I'll try to clean it up a bit but there's no point removing it.

Everything except lights and windows.
No the lights and windows duplicate existing functionality also. The code behind the lights is almost a carbon copy of the vanilla lamp, I just made it rotatable and changed a couple of variables. The windows are just walls that allow light through.

The lights are rotatable which makes it different from standing lamp. And there is no windows in vanilla, or any other light transmissive walls either. So, it's quite a new.
Anything can be rotatable and anything can block light, you just have to add a single line to change either of them, it requires nothing new at all. By the way, I cleaned up the bulb and stool sprites perhaps they look a little better now.
So, what about update?
I tested it and it works fine with the new version, I'll update the description. If there's anything you'd like me to add to the mod let me know and I'll add it as soon as I have time. As it stands it has everything in it that I wanted originally but I'm willing to keep adding to it as long as people want me to.
Thanks! Why dont you move it to released then?
I'm not sure it's good enough. I guess I could. Hell, why not. Do let me know if there's anything I should add.
