Title: [W|0. 1.334] Unbuilt Power conduits relay power. [mantis]
Post by: Jones-250 on January 29, 2014, 01:24:17 PM
Yeah, so... During an raider assault, one of my turrets exploded (as usual) due to damage. It cut off the only power line leading into my underground lair, leaving the bunker relying on the battery banks for juice.
Once the assault had been repelled, I organized my colonists to repair the damage. Tynan the Bad Magician carried the required metal to where the destroyed conduit had once been, where the new one was to be placed.
However, he left for lunch before before actually constructing the power cord. Oddly enough, this makeshift connection was sufficcient to relay power into the innards of the mountain.
It seems somewhat logical, a pile of iron does conduct electricity. I´m not quite shure if it´s meant to be so. Why should a unfinished power conduit relay?

Ahhaha it makes perfect sense.

No wait.
That's just a special power controlled by Tynan the bad magician alone! Yeah.
