See attached screenshot. If I recall correctly, it couldnt exceed 100% in the previous alpha. Couldnt find it in the Git changelog, so I think it is a bug.

Well, if it is a bug, it is one I hope they leave in. Does make triage medicine more important right after a fight and have been enjoying the challenge of saving battle survivors, animals, etc since they can bleed out in a much shorter time. Perhaps it is related to the tweak in the day and night cycle. Since days are twice as long, if it was a true 100% cap/day, that would allow people to prevent bleedout for twice as long.
Not a bug IMO. It just means that X will lose all blood in less than a day (200% = 1/2 of a day).
