WTF Phoebe. :/ Sleeping sickness especially keeps hitting over and over and takes eons to get rid of ... I even did an experiment, giving one patient regular med and another just herbal and found there was no difference in immunity buildup speed.
I don't even have the hospital beds for this. :(

It seems base builder reduce chance for raid, but disease remain same and it's same pool as raid therefore you end up get more diseases. Similar problem with mechnoid raids, if you befriend every faction(except pirate) mech has extremely high chance to raid while if you piss off every faction mechnoids barely raid at all.
