Must be the roleplayer in me, but that looks like a not bad colonist if doing a random play. Yeah, has some issues with health and interaction, but dang, those skills! Good quality from the start even though it will come a bit slower.

Yeah, non violent sheriff, worst of the worst. Later game can make use if have animals, but gees. The good ones all have minimal skill requirements to even train!
The worst I got was a convent child/model.
How those background got together, I don't know.
