Title: Mechanoids!

Ok i always know that robots (and maybe cyborgs) will be a part of the game; but i have never suspected that mechanoids could be butchered and eaten, Tynan this is pure genius, i can't even imagine what effect that will have on my colonists. I can't wait to experiment with some roboburgers.

Yeah, I was a bit surprised to see that in the video but not being mentioned by Tynan. Since I've seen nothing in the changelog or the forums, I also assume there's actually nothing in yet.

Task for modders perhaps ;)

Yeah, the content hook is there (in fact, it has been since before the game was even a starship simulator; the urban revolution tactical sim prototype has killer robots). I haven't actually added mechanoids, but maybe I can for Alpha 3.
