For some reason, when I try to play my old colony from alpha 1 in alpha 2 mac it just makes the entire screen white and I have to quit the game. Please help!
Saves arent compatible in the newer version.
This is because so much new content has been added. Sorry for that.

There is no plan for that.
This is because alot of the game systems get changed and new stuff gets added.
The new stuff that gets added can mean old placeholders dissapear. These placeholders are in your old game so will cause errors.
Remember it is a alpha after all d-;
