Can Rimworld have the military rent out empty fields from farmers to hold military drills? May tribes rent out farm fields for Olympic events and parades? I mean, it's not as though farmers have to earn additional funds somehow to fund farming operations.
Why would you pay money, when you could just use anywhere else on the planet? its a rimworld, plenty of empty space to use
