I have a colony in a temperate forest but it's currently below freezing on the first of summer. No cold snap is happening though. Is this just rare?
Check the World panel. What's the average Winter/Summer temp in your region? Some of the biomes can get pretty far north/south IIRC.
Average summer temperature is 70 Fahrenheit, this is like year 5+ so it's really weird.
I just realized it's because of the climate cycle. Nevermind :D
