Hell no.
Unless you were going to make an entire Mad Maxx Mod. Then you might be in business. It would actually fit RimWorld really well, and I'm surprised no one has made one yet.
But you'd need to create an entire vehicle system and build mechanics around that.
That's not a simple suggestion.
On the largest two map sizes (I know it says they aren't really supported, but at least the second to last one is pretty nice in scale), it would be very welcome. Sometimes the pawns get really stressed out from walking so far and hauling in distant resources is a nightmare.
