I have this idea for a drug that causes large amounts of Joy, and happiness. With the fall back that the drug needs to be taken more then once a day, plus it's easy to over doze.
I've thought about making this myself, but I don't know where to start or what would be needed for this. But I'm happy with learning new things and wouldn't mind if someone could give me a push.

you probably will need XML syntax software, you may find it by "g XML editor free no registration no SMS"
The best way to learn is to do it! Jump into the xml files, read them, and figure out what each thing is doing :)
I use notepad++ for editing the xml files to my desires. It's free, and easy to use. I like the UI, too.
Downloading another mod, and looking at how they have their files set up is a great way to figure out how you should have yours set up :)
