You should have got a e-mail with a link to it on the net to download...
Check your e-mails... remember the adres you gave up when buying for the game...
Also check your 'spam' and reset your filters so it won't be marked as spam anymore...

I don't know more then this... i don't even have the game...
I also noticed (on other forums) that it's possible that you payed on a different forum/site...
Maybe you have to check your other mail-accounts...?

if all the suggestions above do not help, then it would be a case of emailing tynan with a list of all your email addresses and some proof of payment
