Title: [A16] Extended Woodworking + Vegetable Garden Patches. Refinery Patch!

A bunch of patches(2) that fixes recipes and other things that author of Extended Woodworking didn't included.
I made it because it was annoying that i only could use generic wood to do things.

It includes Fueled stove patch and Refinery patch.

Load after Vegetable Garden and Extended Woodworking for Vegetable Garden
