It seems to increase values in all but Windows d/ls, and the Windows d/l attempts seem to stay mostly consistent with what I've downloaded... even as updates are applied to Alpha 3, it only goes further down to where it is in the photo (note it's actually 2 attempts now after d/ling A3d). It did go back to 5 windows d/ls for Alpha 3's start though. Small issue but it might effect others more.
