Unsure as to why this happens, but it's been doing so since the most recent rimworld updates. I was able to play just fine on A16 with the pile of mods I have for a while, but lately it just spews errors after loading my mod load order with the mod order backup. Included is the output file (http://puu.sh/tQGRI/20d7eac140.txt) to see if anyone can help me fix this, as I haven't been able to play in quite some time. I'd appreciate any input on the matter.
Edit: To clarify, I've done a full reinstall of both the base game and the mods I have.
whatever adds: Plants_GMO_Cultivated_Farm
Has added comments <!-- blah blah --> into the middle of an XML def, this is not allowed, it could be the cause of the snowball effect, remove that mod and try again. Report back.
Tried removing the mod in question that did so, continued to get errors. I'll post a new error log when it decides to spit one out.
Edit: Here's the most recent log (http://puu.sh/tRyGp/8fac100cf4.txt)
Is this loading a save? or a new world? if its a save then I think your save file is in a non loadable state. If its new.....then im stumped, something about a pawkind is really throwing the game off.

It's just trying to boot the game after loading mods, which is why I'm stumped.
