Some pop-up joy for whenever someone gains a level of ability in their skill set
Could be as simple as "+1 Construction" or maybe "Construction level-10"

I was wondering whether any mod like this has been made?
I'd really like to see when people level-up just to be a bit more involved in their story and keep track of when I can build or create new things :)
