Title: [A16] Colonists can become a mobile stockpile/loot piniata
Post by: Icarus on March 23, 2017, 10:27:01 AM
Essentially, 1 colonists can take your entire stockpile and walk around with it by abusing a bug.

Requires 1 colonist and 1 prisoner.

Steps to replicate:
1. Order a colonist to take the prisoner with them into a caravan, order items to take et cetera.
2. Wait for him to gather stuff and walk outside with the prisoner.
3. Beat up the prisoner into unconsciousness, this is easiest done when the prisoner is mental breaking.
4. Colonist will walk to the edge of the map then go back, without returning the items back to the stockpile. Give your local raider a baseball bat and wait for treats to pop out on a good hit.

Okay, it's a little bit exploitable, though I don't see an obvious solution. We can't force the pawn to haul the items back because he can be drafted or want to eat, etc. Dropping all items instantly would be annoying in some situations. I think it's ok for now. It's not that exploitable because the pawn still needs time to take all the items. Thanks for reporting.
