I had a pawn break from tried, but she wandered around, getting even more tried, exactly what made her break. Instead, what if the mental break she had corresponded with what caused it? For example she could have went to her room to sleep and refuse to get up. Another thing that didn't make sense to me was when another pawn broke from a little pain and binged on drugs. From just a little pain? There could also be different tiers of mental breaks, depends on how serious the cause is, a break from being tired wouldn't be as bad as a break because of exhaustion.

There are different tiers of mental breaks, they are just independent from the "final straw" and dependant on how low the mood is.

I'd like to see changes in mental breaks, too, but understand that probably won't happen in A17.

There's also "just because the storyteller says it's time" breaks even though you've tended to their needs flawlessly.

Now, that said, it would be funny to see them snap and have it fit the offence.

Ate raw food? "If you can't cook a meal once in a while I'll show you how it's done!" *empties fridge to cook into meals*
Disturbed sleep? "I didn't get no sleep cause of Ya'll!" *BANG* "Now you ain't gonna sleep cause of me!" *BANG*
Bonded animal died? *starts laying IED's in the forest* "I swear the next time those wolves come out..." *BOOM*
Ascetic has impressive bedroom? *smashes marble sculpture* "Aye. That ought ta do it!"
Wearing worn-out apparel? *rips clothes off of everyone* "There's a hole on my crotch so it's fair there's one in yours too!"

Insulted Again? Start harassing and yelling at the guy!
Saw a best friend or lover die? Pass out from shock!
Going crazy from withdraws? Start tearing up furniture!
Going crazy from withdraws again? Self Harm!
Really bad depression? Self harm again.
Even more bad depression? Suicide.
