Title: [B18] Onion Mod! Get those onions in game!

Onion mod adds new type of beer, slighly weaker "herbal medicine" and of course onions.

To make onion beer:
1.Get brewery.
2.Plant some onions.
3.Make onion wort.
4.Put it in barrel and wait some time.
5.Congratulations! You just got some onion beer!

To make onion extract:
1.Get Drug lab.
2.Plant more onions.
3.Get those to drug lab.
4.Now you got some onion extract!

If your colonist will eat raw onions, it will get -5% to social for some time.

So as you everyone knows (or not) Im making Onion people aka Onionians. Cause i suck at writing backstories (especially in english) i made backstory submission document (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe_ocl6izHKBkSb23JRLSdhnUj21WY3qW7DQyRTHtV-V1EchQ/viewform). Feel free to leave some of your ideas there.
