I had some raiders show up chasing a refugee. They managed to recapture him, and down+kidnap one of my colonists too.
No one had any mood hit at all. One of the remaining colonists, the kidnap victim's fiance, still had a mood debuff for being dumped by her previous relationship but didn't seem to mind the kidnapping at all.
