Title: My caravan disappeared after attack ('cancel' button)
Post by: Volper212 on July 20, 2017, 10:16:40 AM
A tortoise attacked my caravan with my colonist. I killed him and healed the colonist. I prepared a transport pod with medicine to land next to the stopped caravan because he had an infection. Then he entered into a mental state (wandering). I wanted to stay longer there because of the infection. The window with changing the caravan after attacked appeared and I clicked 'cancel' because I wanted to stay. My caravan disappeared and left nothing behind.

Important (maybe): attacked caravan, mental state, 'cancel' buton
How to fix: If a player would click 'cancel' there should be a caution with options: 'yes' and 'no' ('yes' in red colour)

PS: I play on alpha 17 with no mods.

I experienced also something like this.

- I caravan member after an ambush goes beserk.
- The timer runs out.
- The caravan menu pops out
- The caravan member is not listed
- I click on accept to reform the caravan
- The caravan is reform but without the berserk member, who disapeared
- Nobody on the caravan seems to have a feeling about that
- On the History button, I doesn't seem that this colonist is listed as killed

I klicked 'cancel' button and I think the same would happen if I'll click 'accept'.

At least I don't play on permadeath.

The button text has been changed to "Abandon" in A18. Thanks for reporting.
