My question is, can I buy the game without paypal?
I can use many other ways, so I don't want to register myself for pp only for this game.

This year game should be on steam.

Don't worry, it'll be worth the ~~weight~~ wait. If you don't have any money, hopefully you'll be able to sell off all your TF2 hats to get enough store credit for the game.

Darn, it's not even on the Humble Store either..
