Title: Creative Content Creation
Post by: Milso on October 27, 2017, 02:18:58 PM
I remember buying the name in the game package way back when. (cant find the purchase email confirmation.) The send owl email have the info and I remember seeing name appear in game a while back but not any more. Is there a way to verify that name is in game?

Also I tried to register again and it says "Email is already used by another user. Please choose another email."

So TLDR: is there a way to verify my name is ingame and if not how do i resubmit or check submission?

You can check if your character is already in the game by going to the options menu and clicking the "Add name..." option. This will bring up a text input box that allows you to search the Pawns in the game.

To be honest I don't know that much about the Creative Content Reward system because it is totally separate to the forum (and there's no FAQ for moderators about it either to provide some general answers). But there is a log-in page for this system, which is here: https://rimworldgame.com/creative/index.php . So you can try logging in there (if you haven't already).

Ultimately, if you do have any problems or need any assistance then your best option would be to contact ItchyFlea about it. Either by email (which I think he prefers) via Ludeon support [email protected] , or you can send him a forum PM (here's his profile page) https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?action=profile;u=959 . If you explain your problem to him then I'm sure he'll be able to help you out.
