It seems it was not completely fixed. Decent bedroom buff shouldnt be there otherwise right?

Looks standard to me you get a buff for a decent bedroom anyway. Give Zamora one of the other rooms like the one with the Royal bed and TV you should see the buff/debuf situation change.
