Another user has recently reported they are suddenly having problems with the Linux (Fedora) version with B18, https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=36958.0 . So I'm starting to wonder if the update to a newer version of Unity for B18 has brought with it some issues for Linux users.
Unfortunately, I've never used Linux myself and have little to no idea on how to troubleshoot Linux issues. So you may need to wait for someone with Linux knowledge in order to get help with this (but I have no idea how long that would be).
Although based on those screenshots the issue is almost certainly with the graphics, so making sure your GPU drivers and O/S are up to date would be the first thing to check. Or it could be the same issue the above user I mentioned is having, which appears to be an issue with OpenGL (and which is mentioned several times in your log file). But in that case, and if this problem is caused by a Unity update that has caused some compatibility issues with OpenGL, then unfortunately you might need to wait until OpenGL updates their drivers to resolve this. Or maybe try some older OpenGL drivers to see if they work better.

Just double checked the video driver. Seams Lbubtu did an update and changed the driver to an opensource x.org driver.
Loaded the nVidia 340.xxx driver and all is working well once again.

I had the same problem, but with an AMD card. Installed Oibaf's drivers and the problem was solved. Thanks for posting your solution. It made me reconsider something I had already dismissed, and led to my solution.
