Hi, this might be a funny question :)
Can a woman of 6'0 carry a guy who is a bit shorter than her, let's say 5'8, and who is not over weight???
For example:
A woman who has a body build like Karen Gillan (she is 6'0)

Well, I have a very open mind about gender equality, and besides biological thing, men and women are able to do the same things.
So yeah, woman can carry man, I was already carried by my wife (on a pool) and it felt really nice.

Good, I was worried what I said might have been offensive. I haven't seen
this Jumanji (and I hope I never do) but I don't think that there woman has strong enough arms to carry a 150-180 lbs of human. The guy was probably held up by strings.

I don't see why it wouldn't be possible. The woman might have to be a bit strong to do so, I'd imagine.
If they're in good shape I wouldn't doubt it.
Edit : As for what they do in film, there's all sorts of editing and special effects possible, so they wouldn't necessarily need to actually do it. They'd just have to make it convincing. But I suppose that's why you ask.

someone told me actresses are well trained when they are in a movie or series (they are training hard) so they are in a very good shape.

I saw that image, and the first thought that went through my mind is "EXTREME LIMBO!" Is that a sign that something's wrong with me?
On-topic: it would probably be quite difficult, (since you'd basically be doubling the amount of weight held up by the lifter in question), but with the proper technique (lift with knees, not back!) it should be entirely doable.
