I am currently playing 1.0 1980 and I have a pet Wild Boar. Wild Boar 5, if number and name may be a cause. I am unable to heal this animal. Just want to put it out there.

Do you have a Pet bed or sleeping space?
Pretty sure you need one of them for the colonist to take the pet there and heal it.
