Title: Carrying capacity

In Caravan, every people has its carrying capacity

But in map, people can haul big animals (like elephant)easily. It's unrealistic

Welcome at the world of unrealstic Rimworld, but it work like intend.
Could you now tell us where is the bug ?
And if you want suggest a new hauling system, that's a part for the feedback topic or Suggestion subforum.

The bug is how can human beings haul elephant without any help

Maybe hauling system is one solution, and there is an easy way to make it realstic.

Not to move dead animals, slaughter them directly without butcher table (IRL we also not use butcher table to cut big animals in the wild, but the game can set it slower than using butcher table), after that, you can carry meats to your base

When you do a search at the suggestion subforum you will find alot of enties over the varios Rimworld releases.
You arn't the first and not the last one. But the dev's like to keep the current system or they would changed it.
