I personally roll with Health Differential. Not sure what the official 'definition' of this is, but hediffs can be both good and bad, so something as broad as differential doesn't seem too farfetched.
Probably is. Sometimes you're stuck with weird names in a project, because something that made sense to you a decade earlier for personal use doesn't make sense to a lot of people collabarating in the present, and changing a million references is too risky/laborious.
