Title: Shelves why only 2 square?
Post by: Vlad0mi3r on February 03, 2019, 12:53:05 AM
This is really a mod request.

Shelfs of only 1 square and shelfs of 3 squares. I am trying to keep my kitchen running smooth and fast but its not easy on the space when you can't just have a one square shelf.

Maybe rimfridge is the way to go but that costs power.

Is a one square shelf to much to ask?

I second that!

The shelves should also store more items, than if you put items simply on the ground.

if you go to the mod portion of the forum, there is a mod request thread. This is for suggestions to the vanilla game so I doubt anyone who is looking for mod ideas would come here when they can go to the other thread.

Altho I do have to say, the challenge of fitting stuff in via 2x1 IS kind of fun for me.  It becomes almost art :p

Packed racks and racks of stored food, stockpiles for years.  (okay, months)  Or long dark tunnels between rows and rows of tall shelves, reaching into the darkness.  Oh, and someone left rolls of leather piled along the sides of the aisles.  How untidy, don't trip.

But yeah, "more shelves" mod ^.^
