It's so simple! Grab your guns and weapons and take them out and knock them down by any means of force including full lethal force, just make sure that your guys don't kill it or heavily destroy it's brain!
If i were you, i would grab EMP grenades and get those Charge rifles or something more damaging for those mechanoids.
EMP will stun them for while making them open to attack. Also use your Melee Brawlers or your Trained Animals to attack those Lancers with Charge Lances since they are going to busy punching them in melee instead of using their Deadlier Charge Lances...
Just make sure you have an Hacking Table built in, and a person with High Research Skills, if don't have them the mechanoids that are downed will lie in floor crying with their robotic noises...
