when i log in to the site to create my in-game name, it says "Hey, thanks for making an account, but it seems like you don't actually have any creative reward purchased for RimWorld." i have purchased it and can provide screen shots of the transaction and/or game page in my game library showing the addon. how do i fix this? yes, i have tried everything it suggests on the page after log-in. (log out and back in, email address is the same)
EDIT: Removed attachments. Issue resolved via email.
