As I attempted to open RimWorld through Steam, the game started acting like it was downloading for the first time. Even though the shortcut was on my desktop and I had played earlier in the day. As it was going through the process of installing Steam found existing game files and it was up in a few seconds. Game saves were still there, but came up with an error with loading the world. Only mods I am using is core.
