Okay so basically, mine was when Blueblades I spawned, with their 0.02% chance to get revenge, decided to fight back against my colonists. I thought they would stay in shallow waters, but NOOOOO. They walked onto land and hit 3 of my colonists. There's over 40 Blueblades and they kill one of my colonists.
