I purchased the DLC & now, after reading the Google document provided by the developer I want to send my character's information for review.
Now, the issue is that the form provided by the developer only lets me input the full name of the character, optionally with a nickname.
Where can I send other character information, such as backstory & skill offsets?
I have already sent the names of the character, expecting after I click the 'save' button that I will be able to input other information, which I wasn't. The 'save' button didn't only save the information but it also published it for review for some reason.

The
Name in Game DLC gives the right to put your name in the game. Here's the Steam description:
Quote"This DLC gives you the right to enter a name into the game so it shows up in all players' games. Players will recruit, command, and fight you for all time! You'll enter your name through our creative rewards system where we'll either approve it or give feedback if it doesn't quite fit. Your name must follow the creative rewards guidelines."
There was another DLC called Backstory in Game a few years back, but it's discontinued now. The guidelines still explain it, though, because some old purchasers may want to read them. (More specifics were sent on our email thread).
