Every time I load a game, there is a problem with textures. Either background texture is missing, or some items are not displayed. If I quit the game and load again, there is a chance that it will load normally (but it's likely that some items will still be missing).
It seems that this problem occurs more often as I play. There were no problems in the beginning, and not I get it every time I load the game.
I have a bunch of mods installed, but as I think none of them should interfere with graphics.

since i don't saw a msg. about missing/not loaded textures at the log and you said it is allways different textures.
And at the picture even (i think) regular marble tile floor get affected.
I think the issue is with your uncommon video card, that they can't handle the shadows very well.
Since Rimworld don't got any graphic settings, you can try window/fullscreen mode or use the AMD tool to adjust settings.
Not to speak to try first a driver update.
This appears to be a unique issue; I've never seen that before.
Can you try updating your video card drivers and see if that helps?
As it's machine-specific I'll move this to support.
