Mac users here. Unchecked Core mod, thinking it'd let another mod run. Now entire game won't run. Uninstalling and reinstalling has has no effect. What do?
Not sure how it looks on mac but your main goal is to find file named ModsConfig.xml
On Pc its in appdata/locallow, on mac dont know, thats why you need to search
When you find it open it with text editor, with core mod active file should look like this:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<ModsConfigData>
<activeMods>
<li>Core</li>
</activeMods>
</ModsConfigData>
I've read that for Windows users but cannot find the file on the mac, sadly.
Found it. Too hard... someone needs to sticky or wiki this for mac users.
See attached.

I've added that to the sticky 'Installing Mods on Mac' thread.
Thank you for posting the pic with the file location. :)
Is it just me.. or is that file from ElTanko corrupted? I can't open it on my mac, windows laptop and not even on my phone..
I play Rimworld on my mac and the help for mods would be very helpfull. As i can't figure out how to install a mod. Even after reading alot of topics about it. Neither one is helpfull.
Problem is that some attachements were corrupted a few weeks/month ago and this looks like it is one of the not corrected attachments. Don't know if it can be rescued..
Itchy? Tynan? Can you maybe help with this?
