Title: [1.1.2624] Pawns witness acts committed in other colonies
Post by: Fuzzimoda on May 07, 2020, 07:39:16 PM
With 2 colonies, mood debuffs for organs harvested, organ murder, witnessed outsiders death, and prisoner killed applied to both colonies, instead of just the one the acts occured in. This occurred in a modded playthrough as well as a test vanilla playthrough. Butchering humanlike, as expected, only applied to the colony it happened in.

Steps: Start with crashlanded scenario. Immediately send 2 colonists on a caravan to start a new colony. In the new (2nd) colony, use god mode to set up a medical facility and use dev tools to set skills to max on a pawn + spawn in glitterworld meds. Harvest a nonvital organ from the other colonist. Then move the colonist somewhere else, spawn in an outsider pawn, use dev tools to damage until downed, then harvest an organ on them. In my playthrough, they died from the operation by chance, but removing a vital organ should work. Then butcher the corpse. Now, all coloniest in that colony should have the proper mood debuffs for everything done. However, if you go back to the 1st colony's pawn, they also have the debuffs for all of it except butchering humanlike - even one for "Witnessed outsider's death".

Nevermind, looks like the harvesting debuff across the map is intended. Just struck me as odd because butchering was per colony. I also tried to reproduce the "witness outsider's death", but it didn't repeat when I tried it again.

It was mainly to avoid cheesy tactics with forming a temporary caravan to avoid those debuffs, so I think it's fine.
