I emailed Michael that I want to help contribute to translating Rimworld in Afrikaans, and received an email with the following from Github:
"A personal access token (git: https://github.com/ on xxxxxx at 28-May-2020 23:01) with gist and repo scopes was recently added to your account". The scope of the token is shown in the attached image
However, how do I now use this token? When I try to push to a new branch to the repository from commandline I still get access denied... Do I need to do anything else?
