I stopped playing for a while so I dont know what exact update did this, but my colony used to have "Marble, Granite and Limestone" as stone types.
I dont have granite anymore. Not anywhere underground at least. It used to be my only type of stone available underground.
I believe there was 1 update where stone types were not back-compatible. Sorry for the inconvenience!
