If anyone manages to get a pawn to equip a top hat or a ladies hat through a clothing policy let me know. Otherwise I'm re-reporting a bug from several months ago which got ignored.

It isn't only royal hats.
At a test game, i made a pawn to a count. Spawned serveral royal clothing, psy clothing, prestige recon hat/armor.
And the count droped his old clothings and refuse to wear any by his own.
When i force him to wear proper clothings, and clear the forcing he won't drop it but still don't wear any other royal stuff.
1.1.2654 didn't fix the problem, royal still don't wear any clothings.
Its every pawn, not only royals. They don't have to be royal to use top hats & ladies hats and no one uses them.
I believe this bug is now fixed on the unstable branch. Could you please try it?
