One of my colonist has torso scars and he is mad about it is there a way to "remove" his scar ? Thanks

Remove no.
You can give him Luciferium, that can remove scars with low chance.

Lucy is always and has been super tough I guess from the start.

Healer mech serum will fix torso scars, and is from Vanilla (not Royalty DLC) as far as I know.
