Anyone know what this does? Trying to create a surgery that adds a full-body HeDiff, but doesn't show up for those who already have it. I thought this might do that, but the surgery for ChjAndroidUpgrade_VanometricCell still shows up, even though the android in question already has ChjAndroidUpgrade_VanometricCell.
