There's no description what so ever, no reward, though it looks like it's tried to put a reward out. First time playing royalty. but it was the first royalty quest I got. I do have a bit of mod so if it's a mod conflict then just give me a heads up. But I don't have any that affects quests other than Quest Reward rebalance.
the 2nd quest I got via a royalty. I haven't gotten a vanilla quest yet to see if it's working as well.

maybe you should read "How to report a bug".
Then you maybe notice it is for plain vanilla bugs, but i guess you use plenty of mods.
So it is impossible to say if that might be a vanilla bug or a mod issue.
So there's no area to report it if I do use mods?
Primary the mod discussion, but it is hard to identify which mod cause the problem.
There is a subforum for this one for modded bugs. I will move this topic there.
