I hope this is the right place to ask this, but does anyone with mod experience know why my game keeps crashing? Twice now I have made it several hours into a play-though without issue and then the game starts crashing frantically. If anyone could look at my linked logs above and give me advice on what to change or remove it would be much appreciated.

The next link is to a photo of all of my active mods for my previous playthroughs. I also have Harmony as a mod but that is not visible in the screenshot of my mods.

if you don't know the logfile contain the modlist if you loaded a safegame.
"Loading game from file Forest with mods:...."
But an easier way with some more usefule information are the feature from hugslib to upload. The green Share logs button at the log window or pressing CTRL-F12.
Just a hint for the next time.
The log don't contain any crash, so it is either the wrong logfile or you encounter something different.
There are some error's about faction and relationship.
So i am doing some shoot into the blue and suggestion, that you deactivate Reunion and check if that help.
Alternative you can try to deactivate rational.romance2.
But beside that your modlist is pretty hairy but beside that unsusceptible.
