I had issues with my rimworld, so I had the theory it was the mods.
so i uninstalled/re-installed.
here's the current debug, with only core and royality installed.
I don't know if this is for everyone, but here it is as a 'heads up'
since i'm going to start loading mods, i'm likely to not see a debug.log this small again

you are right the red line shouldn't be there.
Since an uninstall only remove latest installed files it never delete old files.
You should delete the Data (not the Rimworld...._data) folder inside the installation and repair/reinstall it.
I think that should fix the problem.
