Title: Stop smelting biocoded with actual propietary

1. Be a pawn or guest
2. Gets downed
3. His biocoded weapon gets smelted because the order was set to smelt all biocoded weapons

What is worse on that behavior ?
Your visitor's won't pickup their droped weapon.
And you can't use or sell them.

The only thing i can see not to smelt them is when you hope the visitor might join you after he got rescued, and the weapon isn't that bad.
But then you still can adjust your smelt bill not to smelt good+ weapons, and just create single smelt bills for good biocoded weapon you don't have an owner anymore in sight.

I was focusing more in the situation where you have a stellarch with guards, or a quest where you get sent soldiers and they get down and their weapons get smelted.

Did you ever notice that some visitor pickup any droped weapons ?
I only saw this at prisoner on a prison break.

afaik thats in one by one basis. after every raid i dont want to go search for what to smelt
