Title: New DLC missing?

Hi, I just booted up the game after buying the new DLC but the new DLC appears to be missing. I made the purchase on steam and I ran a check to make sure the files are not missing and nothing came up. when i look into the data folders though the DLC is missing, not sure what to do now :x

It appears to now be installed.. guess valve issues.
