Hello ,
I read the bug that when the game loads up there is a chance that the screen is black ,
I have been attempting to move the screen but I can't load the game up in windowed mode either can i selet is on my task bar and make is smaller , Any solutions ?

Sorry, when you mean load up game, do you get to the main menu or is this when you select New Colony? This information will be very helpful.
I know it says when you load up the game is black , But i mean when i originally load up rimworld i can't do anything as its just black and i can't move my window.

In that case, please provide us with your operating system and any other pertinent system information please.
If we are unable to solve this problem hotfix 253 will be releasing in a little while and might solve your issue.

Ok, why cant you move your window?
Well I don't really how to :/ I tried Shift+Right Click on it on the task bar , but it doesn't select rimworld
